• Executive Director

    Luther David Luther serves as the Executive Director for MOSPRA.  Prior to retiring from the Jefferson City Public Schools in 2014, David served as President and Past President of MOSPRA as well as two terms on the MOSPRA Board.  In 2014 the MOSPRA Board voted to retain the services of an Executive Director and David was selected for the position.

    Besides his work for MOSPRA, David serves as the Director of Communications for the Missouri Association of School Administrators. David is the principle for his company, Luther Communications, LLC.
