    Luther
    David Luther serves as the Executive Director for MOSPRA.  Prior to retiring from the Jefferson City Public Schools in 2014, David served as President and Past President of MOSPRA as well as two terms as the Mid-State Director on the MOSPRA Board.  In 2014, the MOSPRA Board voted to retain the services of an Executive Director and David was selected for the position.

    In addition to his work for MOSPRA, David serves as the Director of Communications for the Missouri Association of School Administrators.
